Hill House Farm is based near Dorking, Surrey and is a family-run farm dedicated to the countryside and connecting people through great tasting food.
They are passionate about what they do and believe it’s really important to know where your food comes from and what’s gone into creating it. As butchers and chefs with decades of experience between them, they work hard to prepare their produce to the same high standards you would expect from any high-end establishment.
Greys Gelato is made on their site at Goldstone Farm, on the Polesden Lacey estate in Surrey.
Goldstone Farm is one of the last family run farms surrounding the capital. They’ve been milking Ayrshires since John Gray introduced them to the farm in 1943.
Their pedigree Ayrshire cows produce creamy, exceptionally rich milk which is the foundation for their high-quality gelato. They also make refreshing, sumptuous sorbets to ensure as many different tastes and dietary requirements are catered for.
